FAQ

How will I get my 4Cliqs registration details?

You will receive the registration details in your Email-ID with which you have been registered for 4Cliqs. Else contact your Manager.

How can I change the alert timings for ON/OFF duty?

When you open 4Cliqs, you will see the settings icon on the top. Click on the icon, change the timings and SAVE.

Can I add multiple Expense/Customer records to my report?

The app supports addition of multiple records to your report.

Can I add multiple receipts/work related images to a record?

Yes, you can add multiple receipt images to an expense record and similarly to the multiple records in your report.

Can the application run without internet connection/offline?

4Cliqs works offline and internet connection is required only while submitting the reports.

What should I do, if my report is rejected by my Manager?

You can easily resubmit your report to the Manager. All you need to do is, go to Generate & Submit Report in the application, and select the Date (marked in red as it is rejected). Edit/add records and Submit.

Being a Manager, can I approve/reject my own reports?

The Finance can approve/reject your reports, once you have submitted to them.

How many statuses my reports can have?

The report can be in Submitted, Cancelled, Approved and Rejected statuses.

How do I Recall/Cancel my submitted report?

Go to My Submitted Expenses, click on View Report of the report you want to recall. Now you will see CANCEL button on the top right of the application, click on it and your report will be recalled.

Can I print my expenses?

You can easily get the print of your expenses by using your web account. Login to your account, open the trip you want to print and click on the printer icon (on the top right of the page).

Can I directly submit my report to the finance?

Well, only the Manager’s report is directly submitted to the Finance. Being a user, your report will first go to your Manager for approval and then to the Finance.

What happens to the User’s data if he is deleted from the account?

The data will be still available on the server and once the user is added back to the same account and gets registered to the same Login details. He will see all his previous data on the phone.
